Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours of being placed. Orders received after 5:00 PM (GMT), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods, such as sales or seasonal promotions.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of destination.
For faster delivery, express shipping is available at a flat rate of $19.00. Orders over $190.00 automatically qualify for free express shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local carriers. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also monitor your shipment via the Track My Order page on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

At ProvaFit, you can shop with confidence. All prices listed on our website include any applicable customs duties and import tariffs, such as U.S. tariffs, for supported regions. This means no additional charges will be due upon delivery in most cases.
