Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours of being placed. Orders received after 5:00 PM (GMT), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of destination.
For faster delivery, express shipping is available at a flat rate of $19.00. Orders over $190.00 automatically qualify for free express shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local carriers. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also monitor your shipment via the Track My Order page on our website.
